Mommy Karen's* Story of Hope

"From the very beginning, my heart was full of gratitude. The moment I walked into Glory Reborn, I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for. The staff answered every question I had, no matter how small, and offered advice that helped ease my worries as a new mom.

I’m deeply thankful that Glory Reborn didn’t just support me through labor; they stayed with me even after, walking with me through postpartum. I never felt alone. The team was always present, attentive, and full of encouraging words that lifted my spirit during the hardest moments. A doula was there too, praying for me and my baby, which brought me such peace.

I’m also grateful for the equipment they provided, especially the birthing balls, which helped me so much during my long labor. Even though it took time, I never once felt like a burden. Unlike experiences I’ve heard from other hospitals, I was never scolded or made to feel ashamed.

I remember how calm and warm the OB Doctor was. Her presence alone made me feel safe, and she encouraged me all throughout the process.

The care didn’t stop after delivery. The postpartum follow-ups reminded me that I was truly valued—not just as a patient, but as a mother and a person.

Looking back, I’m incredibly thankful. From labor to postpartum, Glory Reborn took care of me with such compassion and dignity. It’s an experience I will always carry in my heart."

This was Giving Tuesday 2025. Together, we continue to write stories of Hope.

all the days ordained for me were written in your book
before one of them came to be. How precious to me are your thoughts, God!
