This Thanksgiving, we are thankful for YOU! Thank you for partnering with Glory Reborn and writing stories of hope for Healthy Families and Hopeful Hearts.
As we reflect on stories of HOPE this year we recall Mommy Jen's story. Mommy Jen shared that while she was at home in her local barangay (neighborhood) Glory Reborn team visited the area. The team was offering pregnancy teaching, prayer and support. Mommy Jen realized this was not by chance that Glory Reborn was there. Jen decided to enroll with the team for her ongoing care. What made it even more special? She discovered that her family’s connection with Glory Reborn goes back 19 years. Her aunt recalled, “It was very small back then… just a small room. But I could still remember how they always had something to give to the mothers. It’s nice to see they’ve gotten a lot bigger now. ” Jen's aunt was eager for her to experience the same gentle, Christ-centered care that she still sweetly remembered 19 years later.
The atmosphere in which care is given, the genuine heart of compassionate service, inviting JESUS into the birth room changes everything and this is the heart of Glory Reborn's holistic care model.
Mommy Nikki, a local hospital nurse welcomed two of her children at Glory Reborn. She too noticed something unique about Glory Reborn, “The care and delivery here is different. It’s truly gentle, and Glory Reborn is mindful about pregnant moms’ emotions. Giving birth here has always been a positive experience for me. Pain is real and inevitable. But when you’re being educated, treated gently, and genuinely cared for, it doesn’t have to be scary.”
Stories like these remind us that small beginnings, faithfully nurtured in a Christ-centered atmosphere, write stories of hope and birth Healthy Families and Hopeful Hearts for generations.
