Mommy Ramona

Mommy Ramona* gave birth on a very special day: Mother’s Day! Shortly after giving birth, she shared how happy she was to finally meet her baby face to face. The miracle moment had arrived! Her family had been born. Ramona proudly cuddled her handsome treasure, her precious baby, God’s precious creation born into loving arms and blessed at birth to fulfill the calling of the Lord on his life.

Ramona continued, They [Glory Reborn] welcome everyone without judgment. They take care of you, which matters so much when you’re a first-time mom. They also provide lessons so you learn so much, especially for someone like me going through this for the first time. I’m really thankful to them for helping me have a normal delivery.”

An important part of the Glory Reborn pregnancy program is to equip new mothers and parents with confidence, practical skills and emotional support as they prepare for the miraculous moment of meeting their baby for the first time. Creating safe spaces not just physically but sacred birth spaces that are containers for the miracle moment of life’s first breath! As parents join our prenatal education classes we empower them to support one another, bring Jesus into the birth room and birth confidently knowing Christ in them is birthing their miracle–new LIFE! A happy Mother’s Day indeed for Mommy Ramona and her family!

Psalm 16:9 says, “No wonder my heart is glad, and I rejoice. My body rests in safety.”

World Maternal Mental Health Day Celebrations

This month Glory Reborn also shared in the celebration of World Maternal Mental Health Day. Celebrating the bravery of the women who journey to wellness and wholeness with our Maternal Wellness Team. We are so proud of these mommies who bravely equip themselves with support and resources bringing wellness and healing to their hearts, minds and family.

Just as a growing baby in the womb is connected to its mother through the lifeline of the umbilical cord, we too are reminded that we are connected to our loving Father God through the lifeline of the blood of Jesus. When we remain connected to the source of all wellness and nourishment, His life flows through our hearts and minds. As we celebrated World Maternal Mental Health Day, we are deeply grateful for the life-giving connection we have in Jesus, and for the fellowship of the body of Christ, which supports, strengthens, and encourages us. Truly, we are not alone—and oh, what a glorious life we have when we stay connected to our Lifeline: Jesus!

Mommy Carmen* shared that during her pregnancy, she struggled with negative thoughts. She often felt lonely and isolated, sometimes crying without really knowing why. She longed for emotional support, but admitted she wasn’t used to opening up to her partner about her emotions. Not knowing who to turn to Carmen* opened up about her struggle during one of her check-ups at Glory Reborn. She was invited to join our Mommy Wellness Support Group and through the group sessions, she said she learned a lot– not just about pregnancy, but also about how to communicate, manage emotions, and stop her thoughts from spiraling.

This six week support group brought her understanding, resources to walk through this season, advocates to journey with her, and ultimately encounters with Jesus who is our Lifeline, our restorer and healer.

For the past nine years, it has been our privilege to walk alongside these precious women in our community. Together, we have witnessed the transformation of Hopeful Hearts and the strength that is birthed when we unite under the grace of Jesus.

We give thanks to God for those who have gone before us and for those who will join us in the days to come. We hold onto the unshakable truth that nothing can separate us from the love of Christ Jesus—not disease, not stigma, not our past or our future. Oh the immeasurably deep love of Christ that is carrying us from glory to glory.

What an honor it is to love and follow Jesus together.

We’d be honored to connect with you—whether personally, with your home group, church, friends, or community—to share what God is doing through Glory Reborn as we celebrate 22 years of His faithfulness, 7,000 safe births, and countless Hopeful Hearts transformed by His glory.
