In June we celebrated the incredible journey of fathers who love, provide, and step forward with courage. At Glory Reborn, we believe every family deserves to be welcomed, supported, and reminded they are never alone.
In this issue, we share the story of a first-time father who found hope and support when his family needed it most, and we celebrate how fathers are being strengthened through community, faith, and the dads’ circle.
We also celebrate the beautiful partnership with Cielo Vista Church, a reminder that when hearts come together in service, God creates lasting impact.

For many fathers, hearing their baby’s first cry is unforgettable. For this first-time dad, that moment came after a journey filled with fear, uncertainty, and the life-changing impact of compassionate care.
Working long hours as a delivery driver and earning just $8.82 an hour, he did everything he could to provide for his growing family. But when his wife went into labor, their joy quickly turned into anxiety. They went from hospital to hospital, only to be turned away because labor and delivery units were already full. As his wife endured labor, he felt helpless, unsure where they could turn or what would happen next.
Then they came to Glory Reborn.
Instead of seeing another patient, Glory Reborn welcomed them as a family in need. They provided a safe place for his wife to deliver their baby and surrounded him with support, reassurance, and kindness throughout the process.
When his baby was born, he experienced the joy of becoming a father and left knowing his family had been cared for with dignity and love.
The support continued beyond the delivery room. He now returns to Glory Reborn baby parties and joins the dads’ circle, where fathers find encouragement and community as they learn to love, provide, and lead their families. The dads’ circle is facilitated by Glory Reborn’s Chief Operating Officer, a missionary who understands the importance of walking alongside families. As part of our mission to birth generations of Healthy Families and Hopeful Hearts, the dads’ circle brings the Gospel to the leaders of the household, strengthening the foundation of health and hope for this generation.
For this delivery driver, Glory Reborn became more than the place where his baby was born. It became a place where he was welcomed, strengthened, and reminded that he was never walking this journey alone.
Every birth is about more than a baby entering the world. It is about a family being cared for, a father being supported, and a community being discipled in the Gospel of Jesus.
The Cebu visit with Cielo Vista Church from El Paso,TX and Glory Reborn was a beautiful reflection of encouraging faith in action, bringing hearts together.
The time began with Glory Reborn’s monthly Worship Wednesday, where the Cielo Vista Church team joined the Glory Reborn staff in a powerful time of worship, Biblical teaching, prayer and heartfelt discipleship. One of the highlights of the morning was having each of Glory Reborn’s departments prayed over by the Cielo Vista Church team. Standing together in prayer and faith, building one another up was such a powerful moment that carries Kingdom impact. Throughout the entire day there was a re-filling, encouraging, and growing in our faith together as one global church uniting to support one another. We were honored to have the pastors and leaders pour their wisdom, Biblical teaching and encouragement into all of our team and our family. Continuing on into the home visits and community outreach, everyone was tremendously blessed and encouraged in their faith, truly building communities of health and hope both inside Glory Reborn and out into the community.
We were honored that some of our core leadership could continue to attend the Pastor’s Conference where we continued to learn from Cielo Vista pastors and were strengthened in our faith together. An incredible conference in our own humble city of Cebu! What an honor! It is such an incredibly powerful time when together, nations join in Jesus to encourage one another and bring glory to HIS name.
Recently I heard a pastor share about what opportunities (for the Kingdom) are we missing out on witnessing? It struck me at how true this is! With God everything is possible. He moves mountains. He is provider and healer AND He chooses to work in us and through us to allow us to witness His glorious work here, in the land of the living and what are we missing out on if we don’t sow in?
What are we missing out on if we don’t share the good news with someone?
What are we missing out on if we don’t work together?
What are we missing out on if we have to say no to a mother in need?
As we reflect and pray believing for opportunities to continually be the active church we’d like to extend the opportunity for you to actively participate with Glory Reborn in expanding our territory of people: friends, family members, small groups, church connections who want to partner with us to see God’s glory re-born in generations of Healthy Families and Hopeful Hearts.
